We aim to provide the best quality products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return on Customized Products

All personalized/customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

We only accept returns/replacements if:

• The product is damaged during delivery
• You received the wrong product

To claim:

• Share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue
• Request must be made within 24 hours of delivery

3. Replacement Policy

If approved, we will:

• Provide a replacement
  OR
• Issue store credit (in special cases)

4. No Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect details provided
• Minor color/design variations

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once processed or customized.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges

• ₹99 COD charge applicable
• Non-refundable
• Orders may require confirmation
